Campaigns Autoresponder not working properly!!!

I'm making this post to report two HUGE problems I've encountered while trying to test my automation. The automation sends an e-mail automatically once a contact is added to a given mailing list (I have sync services set up so my CRM Leads get put in the mailing list).

My first problem was an e-mail being sent to a test lead but never delivered. What I mean by that is that within Zoho Campaigns it says that the e-mail was sent successfully, but the e-mail never got to the account's inbox folder (or spam folder, for that matter).

My second problem was a contact being added to the mailing list, but not being sent an e-mail at all. The contact was added over 24 hours ago but still no e-mail is being sent. It's like the campaign is completely ignoring it.

I need this fixed or I'll be forced to look for an alternative for my e-mail marketing neeeds.
