Our contacts can be sorted by region and industry.  Example we have Day Cares as an Industry, and geographically broken down by 7 regions ( Southwest, West Coast, Southeast ect)  I want to send a campaign to Daycares who are in Southeast, Southwest and Midwest regions. When I set up the segmented list  as follows

 

No contacts show up in the list. What am I doing wrong
