I use Outlook 365 which is the subscription version and is the latest version out there, i have alerted the zoho developers via a remote session will need to check for any updates as there is much that does not match up.

Gmail looks and prints fine.

I sent a test to a colleague they use  Outlook 2007 which has been the case for years, I always test to theirs and other emails.  On this particular computer it looks ok, but when printed this is when it shows up all manner of inconsistencies and size differentials and half of it on another page.

Given that most people out there will use outlook on a computer, i need to correct this problem.  Anyone know what to do here?
