Campaigns with CRM Intergration

I am using CRM as my main means of capturing leads. My lead pages post leads directly into ZoHo CRM.

Now I added Coho Campaigns and setup an autoresponder (based on after signup).

Thus I am syncing with CRM. I am not seeing any autoresponder emails fire just jet. Is it using the lead creation date in CRM to calculate the initial subscription date or does it use the date the lead is synced into Campaign from CRM?
