Campaigns won't Sync with Creator

I am unable to create a sync with Campaigns and Zoho creator.. We are a paying Creator customer evaluating Campaigns and Sync has never worked. We get an OOPS! "An Error on Our Part" message and can't even begin to setup the sync.

We reported this 2 weeks ago and again 1 week ago and were told in both instances that we would receive a response from Zoho within 24 h

ours and nothing. No Followup. Please help. Thanks
