Campigns to CRM Sync process problems
Hello,
I have set up an autoresponder sequence in Zoho Campaigns following the instructions give in the videos and printed material.
A couple of problems:
1. I have "Create Campaign in Zoho CRM" checked in the "Campaigns to CRM" tab and also the "Update Campaign Member Status in Zoho CRM" option checked. However neither of these 2 things are happening. The leads in CRM are being properly Sync'ed each night and added to the proper List Segment in Campaigns. Also, the leads in the List Segment are getting the proper emails sent out from the Autoresponder sequence, however there is no indication in CRM that these leads are in this Autoresponder Campaign or that they have been sent the emails. This leads me to believe that something is wrong under the "Campaigns to CRM Settings" tab. Both the "Create Campaign in Zoho CRM" and "Update Campaign Member Status in Zoho CRM" have as green check mark as previously stated above.
2. In addition, the Campaign itself does not show up in the "Campaigns" tab even though "Create Campaign in Zoho CRM" is checked.
3. During the nightly Sync process, some leads are being deleted from both CRM and Campaigns but I cannot figure out which leads are being deleted or why.
Any help greatly appreciated.
