Can the 'Forum' category in the page (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/newtopic) be made multiselect? I had this requirement whilst posting the following thread wherein I needed to select Zoho (to indicate Zoho forums) and Zoho Mail. I had to choose Zoho forums because there are gross figure disparities in the threads with respect to Zoho product support.
