Can I change the topic of the subscription confirmation email?

Is it possible to change the subject of the email that is sent to a new subscriber?

It usually is: "(sender's name) - Confirm your subscription" 

We would like to change the subject to a German translation. Is that possible?


We also would like to translate to German:
- the subject of the "re-subscription-email"
- the "Mark as Abuse"-section in the footer.

How can we do this?
