Can I set contacts' score to zero?
In my Zoho CRM, after 4 weeks leads are marked as 'Expired' if the account manager has not processed them by that time. At this point, they are synced to a Campaigns list for these expired records. Is it possible to reset each contact's score to zero at the moment when they enter a particular list?
In the automation workflows in Campaigns, I can 'add score' and 'subtract score' but it's not possible to simply reset it to zero.
Is there a way I can do this?
