Can't add user to ZohoCampaign
hi.
I'm an admin (and owner) on a ZohoCampaign account.
I just tried to add 2 users to the account, both of whom are already users in ZohoProjects and who are have been Vendors (they are administrative contract workers) in my ZohoCRM.
The add user screen in ZohoCampaign tells me:

The add user screen in ZohoCampaign tells me:
"This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user."
What can I do? I want my assistants to be able to send newsletters, etc. I tried to remove them from my vendor list, but that did not help.
Is there a method that I am missing?
Is this a bug? Is there a workaround?
