Does anyone know how to remove this phrase or reposition it in the template?  >>> Can't read or see images?  View this email in a browser" <<<

Repositioning it would also be acceptable. Maybe in the footer?

I want to remove it or reposition it because it consumes most of the subject line & preview, which is not good.
