Can't See Forms in WordPress

Hi,

I've installed the Zoho Campaigns plug-in for WordPress. API integration was successfully completed. I clicked on the forms option of the plug-in, but needed to setup mailing list. However, once I setup a mailing list and went back to WordPress, the forms option presents a blank page. Can you please help me figure out how to resolve this issue? Thank you.
