Can we get a report on clicks for the sign up button?

Would like to know what our fallout is at each stage of subscription registration: sign up to subscription submission, subscription submission to optin confirmation. How can we see a report on how many clicks we had at each of these stages? 

This would be very useful for tuning how much (required) information we attempt to collect during registration.
