can you update fields and assign followup calls automatically from responses to campaigns from zoho?

can you update fields and assign followup calls automatically from responses to campaigns from zoho?

I use Zoho campaigns to send out emails to prospects but find i am having to manually update the fields in zoho crm such as lead status and assign the individual leads with call backs. can this process be automated and can i log the body of the email that i recieve from a lead automaitcally to the lead rather then doing this manually?
