We are currently designing a process in Zoho CRM using Blueprint where a document needs to be sent for signature as part of the workflow.

Our requirement is:

• From a Blueprint transition, trigger sending a document using Zoho Sign
• Once the document is signed, automatically move the record to the next stage in the Blueprint

Currently, we see the “Send with Zoho Sign” button available on CRM records, but it appears to be a user-driven action.

We would like to confirm:

1. Is there any way to trigger sending a Zoho Sign document directly from a Blueprint transition?
2. Can Blueprint automatically progress to the next stage based on Zoho Sign completion (i.e., when the document is signed)?
3. Is there any native way to link Zoho Sign document status with Blueprint transitions?

Any guidance on best practices for handling this type of workflow within Blueprint would be helpful.
