Cannot access Zoho Forums with my production account

Hi,

I'm posting from my test account which I used to evaluate Zoho.

When I'm logged into Zoho with my production account and navigate to https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community I get a 404 error page. With this account (phrench) it obviously works since I wouldn't be able to post otherwise. Now when I'm not logged in at all I can navigate to https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community, but I get "Your account is disabled" as soon as I try to login with my production account. This is crazy!

Anybody had a similiar experience? I assume most who have experienced this behavior can't be found in the forum because of the nature of the issue :-/
