Cannot Add User to Campaigns; Error Message
My company uses both Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Insofar as I can tell, the two products are synced up using the sync key you provide.
I am trying to add my boss, who is a user in Zoho CRM, into Zoho Campaigns so that he can view the analytics for our emails. I am getting this error message.

This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user
I have seen on threads
here,
here, and
here that the error message results because the user I am trying to add is already in the system, under a different company. I have three questions:
- Does that mean our Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM are not properly synced?
- If 1 is yes, how do I solve this, and marry the two services together?
- If I send an email to support@zoho.com to have the user removed from the other company he is associated with, will he still be able to use Zoho CRM as well, as part of our company? He needs to be able to access both services
