Cannot add user to Zoho Campaigns

Cannot add user to Zoho Campaigns

I tried to add a user " andrew@recordlion.com" to Zoho Campaigns, but they now seem to have their own organization.  I need this user to part of our original organization.

I'd like to simply add a new user to the RecordLion organization that is being used.
