I unable to change the sender's name of my email account.

I logged in to my mail > Settings > Send mail as > Edited the name

The name is saved but when I send the mail, it displays my previous sender's name.

Also, I am unable to save my profile with new details.

Mail > Settings > General > User Profile

The changes are not saved.
