Cannot have zoho campaign connected to zoho crm. Please help

I tried to integrate Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM so that I can access Zoho Campaigns inside Zoho CRM. However, when I check my Zoho CRM, it does not seem like the two apps are connected.

When I check my Zoho Campaigns I see this

Shouldn't the account email be my email (which I used to log in the CRM)? I never have the email shown in the screenshot

I tried to add another account with the leo@steammedical.com and the ZSC key but the system error "the email already used". What can i do now? I want to have the Zoho Campaigns connected in the Zoho CRM.

Please reset this to my email, so that I can access the Zoho Campaigns inside my Zoho CRM.
