Cannot import of export unopened list in Zoho Campaigns. Error message says 'Error Occured. Please try again!!!'

I am trying to download unopened contacts from a campaign. Error message says 'Error Occured. Please try again!!!'


Also have tried to import a list and have correctly mapped the fields but have this message:

We were unable to determine the data(column headings) for your import. Please select from each drop down box the label you would like to use for your records.
