Cannot Log ing

I can't log in to my devices and I can't get in touch with technical support.
Please let me know if this is going to be the norm.
We work remotely and can't access the system for hours.
We'd like to know was going on. 
We'll switch providers if you can't provide support in a timely manner.

      Unattended Access (Beta) is live!   Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members.  My Computers  list in Zoho Assist home page will  always  display the online status of your unattended computers.
