Cannot see other users mailing lists and email campaigns in my Campaigns user account

Hi Zoho Team,


My colleague and I are two separate users sharing an account.

When we log into our accounts on ZohoCRM, we can share and update the same data with one another.

However, when we both log into campaigns, we cannot both access the mailing lists and email campaigns that one of us set up.


Is there a setting that needs to be changed to solve this?
