Cannot see our campaigns in Zoho Campaign

Cannot see our campaigns in Zoho Campaign

First of all I want to make a formal complaint to ZOHO Campaign: I chat several times with Zoho CRM, called several times and now one gets back to me even when promised to call back in 45'

The issue: We launched our campaign yesterday and while my colleague can see the details of the campaign, in my window it does not show the details/reports as with him, although all the Campaigns are listed in the Dashboard. Can anyone help here?
