Hello,

I’ve been a user of the free plan of Zoho Campaigns for several years.

I recently upgraded to a paid plan in order to set up syncs with my Zoho CRM account, but was not satisfied, so I canceled my subscription.

I'd like to switch back to the free plan for the moment, but I do not seem to be able to do so. Only paid options are available.

 

I have had to buy credits several times since, and into the bargain unused credits seem to be disappearing after one campaign…

 

I am quite disappointed.

 

Can you help me to get back to my previous free plan ?
