Can't add new contact in Zoho Campaigns - contact is 'Bounced', but this is impossible

Can't add new contact in Zoho Campaigns - contact is 'Bounced', but this is impossible

I'm adding my email contacts to Zoho Campaigns. All of them are real people that I exchange emails with.

However group of people from 2 email domains can't be added as they are are treated by Zoho Campaigns as 'Bounced'.

What should I do to add these existing, working, real email addresses to Zoho Campaigns?
