Can't change button settings.

Hi,

I'm setting up Zoho Campaigns and working on Settings > CUSTOMIZATION > Signup Pages and Emails end discovered two issues that prevent me from finalizing this stage.
  1. In all the setting there is a possibility the change the text and appearance of the button. Not the in the "Confirmation page for Topics" however. The "BUTTON" tab does not exist here :-(. See attached screenshot 1 and 2 for additional info.

  2. I've tested the e-mails and massages and in some of these notification you can click a link to alter your mailinglist preferences. See screenshot 3 (sorry it's in Dutch). I've tried hard to locate the page to change the text and appearance, but the page is just not available within the settings or I just need some guidence on where to find it.
