Books does not allow 19% tax rate for invoice - Please help!

Hi there,

I need to do an import of invoices into Zoho Books. The process worked smoothly before we migrated to the Books Germany Edition in December 2024.
It does import 13 out of 14 invoices from my csv-file. For the one it does not import I get the following error message: "You should apply Zero Rate Tax for this transaction".
After some searching I could identify only one difference between this customer and the others: this one has a French tax ID (all of the others have German tax IDs).
Nonetheless I need to be able to import invoices with the usual 19% standard tax rate for the customer. This is a monthly process. What can I do to fix this? I tried every other 19% tax option, none works.
EDIT: Did the import with the zero rate tax. Now Books does not even allow a manual change of the tax rate from zero to the required 19%. Please help ASAP!
