a) I'm using PicSnippets.com to generate a variable image to make e-mails more personal but I can't make it work with Zoho Campaigns.

I insert the HTML in the code but no variation is made in the image.

b) Where can I find a tags list for making text variable when sending e-mail?

I need help ASAP.
