Can't send nor receive emails on my external email accounts since this morning

I have two external accounts integrated into Zoho mail through POP3 + SMTP. These accounts have always worked normally since the day I've set them up.
Starting 10:30 AM this morning (Western European Time) both suddenly stopped sending and receiving email.
One account is from my custom domain and the other one is Gmail.
None of the servers are down and I can connect to them and send / receive emails with Thunderbird and Outlook with no problems using the same settings I have in Zoho mail.
When I try to enter those details again in Zoho Mail and press "Save", it spins for some time and eventually either gives a message saying "Internal Error" or "Cannot connect to server".
Anyone else with this problem?
Did Zoho get themselves in trouble again and get an entire IP range banned from major providers again?
I think I might need to seriously reevaluate my current subscription with Zoho.
