Chain campaign to everyone (not just unopened)
Is it possible to use the Chain Campaign function to send out a reminder to everyone on the original list, not just unopened? I found this comment in the help page on Chain Campaigns but it doesn't say how to do this and I can't find any controls in the create campaign screens.
It is not necessary that the subscribers should be always unopened recipients but can also be focused on unclicked recipients too.
