I now have a new issue with lookup checkboxes.  Just a few weeks ago I was able to filter a lookup checkbox based on an input field in the same form (also a lookup, but a dropdown).

Now when I apply the filter the list of checkbox values doesn't show up (note:  you can filter for addeduser but not based upon the other dropdown lookup field.)

Also, before I could set the number of columns in the checkbox lookup but that feature seems to be missing as well.  

Has there been a major change in the lookup checkbox functionality?  Was this part of the recent major update?
