Changing credit card details problem

Changing credit card details problem

We use Zoho CRM for some years (Old Professional Edition) and now I'm  going to change my credit card details. And I'm not able to do this  anymore, using your new design.
I click on Subscription link from Zoho CRM and see my Subscription  Details (as seen on 1.jpg attachment). Then I click on the Card Card  link near my current credit card (or choose Billing Details from Store  Home) and proceed to billing details page. And there is "No Payment  Methods Found" message appears and I'm unable to change anymore (look
at 2.jpg attachment).
How can I change credit card details now? I have done this without a  problem a couple of times earlier, from old interface.
