Changing default Log In Behavior

A couple of questions:

1.  When I log in on the main page, it always takes me to Zoho Personal, which I don't use.  Is there any way to change this behavior?  I'd like to be able to stay on the login page.

2.  When I click on "remember me" and log in zoho doesn't remember me, even though I have cookies enabled.  Is that normal?  Any idea why it's happening?
