Child campaign - send to recipients that have NOT clicked

Child campaign - send to recipients that have NOT clicked

I want to send a Child Campaign to recipients who have opened but not clicked on a link in the parent campaign. I cannot see an option for this - see screenshot.

How can I do it please?
(It is for a webinar event and I want to target recipients that have not registered i.e. not clicked)
