Clarification on a few features while trialing

Hi, 

I am using the trial edition of Zoho CRM plus and I was interested if a few things were possible and how to do. 

1) Can you automate different email replies based on website activity. For example, a returning visitor has done perhaps one the following: been to the website 3 times, he is on the website now, he has downloaded 2 whitepapers, he has visited our shop twice; or even perhaps even if you change his lead score then send a mail. If not, what is the extent of your lead nurturing automation?

2) I see this information with an 'If this then that' interface on your website but I don't see it in the campaigns backend.

3) Would you achieve the above with a workflow or Blueprint?
