Clean up Bounced & Auto-Reply E-Mail Addresses
We migrated from Constant Contacts. Unfortunately, this listing was not well maintained. We have been working through all of the bounces, auto-replies, etc. associated with our e-mail campaigns.
We now believe that we our our mailing list clean.
How can we be sure that the CRM sync to Campaigns is 100% resetting all e-mail addresses to ensure a clean e-mail campaign? I want to clean out all contact info from Campaigns.
Here's what I think I need to do:
- Delete all contacts with campaigns
- Let the weekly sync run from CRM to Campaigns
- Review all contacts in Campaigns to ensure accuracy
- Run a new e-mail campaign
- Research all bounces, auto replies, etc.
Is this correct?
