I have two questions! 

1) I am added as a user to my company's zoho campaigns account but I can't see any of the campaigns that another user is working on. Is this normal, does the user have to share the campaign with me for me to be able to work in it? or in other words, does zoho campaigns have co-working capacity? 

2) Mailmerged tags from contact fields, I want to have a custom URL in each email and was planning on doing that through the mail merged tags. However, I am not sure if I can put a mail merged tag in a button. I am attaching a screenshot to show what I mean, please let me know if this is possible or if there are other ways to do this.
