Espero que estés genial. Un placer podernos encontrar nuevamente en este foro. Hoy te traigo un pequeño resumen de la actividad de la Español Zoho Community. ¡Vamos allá!

En el súbforo de Zoho CRM y CRM Plus se ha hablado sobre cómo crear una vista en el modulo de contactos con un filtro que hace referencia al modulo de cuentas. Pero sobre todo, este mes, nos gustaría destacar los encuentros presenciales que tuvimos en ocasión de los meetups de Zoho. 

Esta vez tuvieron lugar en Madrid y Barcelona los días 14 y 15 de febrero y estuvimos descubriendo juntos todas las últimas novedades de Zoho Desk, el software de Zoho de atención al cliente. ¿Ya has escuchado hablar sobre las conversaciones guiadas o la integración con Whatsapp? En este artículo te contamos algunas. En ocasión de los meetups los partners de Zoho, Millennials y TicServei, presentaron más en detalle algunas de estas novedades de Zoho Desk y resolvieron las dudas de los asistente. Nos encantó ver tanta interacción.

Además, como siempre, pudimos disfrutar de un clima distendido y amigable para conocernos más e intercambiar experiencias y tuvimos el placer, en la nuevísima sección Usuarios al Habla, de escuchar la historia de Vircell con Zoho de la mano de Rafael García. 

Para nosotros ha sido una experiencia muy enriquecedora podernos encontrar y queremos que la experiencia de los meetups sea siempre mejor. Para eso, si pudistes asistir, te invitamos a rellenar esta pequeña encuesta. ¿Nos ayudas?
