Company domain with Zoho Mail as support email in Zoho Desk

Hello,
We are a Zoho One customer.  We just converted to Zoho Mail from Google Workspace Mail yesterday.  We have a domain name for our company.  With Gmail, we were able to forward our info@company.com email to Zoho Desk.  Customer would then be able to send to that email and we could respond using the info email.  We would like to do the same with Zoho Mail.  I tried setting up an alias email but when I go to forward it, I can only forward to other individuals on the account.  This article say I should be able to forward an alias to an outside email since I have a paid account.  Please point me in the right direction to take care of this.  This was out initial reason to start using Zoho and then we found value in the other apps.  It does not seem reasonable to have to pay hundreds of dollars to add an email for a non employee.
