Company names in Zoho Campaigns
my question is regarding the companies' names which are not seen when i check the list of clicked/opened/bounced contacts (i mean when i open the campaign and check the results). my contacts from Zoho Campaigns are synced with the ones in Zoho CRM, and while in Zoho CRM the company is included in the contact sheet, i cannot always see it in Zoho Campaigns. just to point out: it does not refer to all contacts, i can see some companies. what does it depend on? and what can i do to make all companies to be shown?
