Confirmation email never arrives, even after resend request

I've been trying to sign up for Zoho via my work email account, but the "confirmation email" has never arrived, even though I've successfully received other messages from Zoho at the same address (for example, I've received a "Welcome to Zoho Projects" email from P.S.Vijayakumar.

The confirmation email is not even appearing in my junkmail folder. All I can think is that my company's managed email service is rejecting it. Is there another way for me to authenticate my address?
