Confusion on auto responders for email campaign
I have an email campaign (using CRM and Campaigns).
I have an email auto responder that gets sent if the campaign email is opened (call this email 1)
If recipient opens email 1, I want email 1A to go to them.
From here if recipient opens 1A, I want 2A to go to them (written specific for opens). But what if they
click 1A - can I send a different autoresponder now based on their click action?
Is this possible?
In other words, from what I see with Campaigns in Zoho is that I can only create an auto responder drip campaign based on 1 scenario and not multiple scenarios? How can I create auto responders based on open, click OR unopened from each email?
