I'm looking to do this in MarketingHub but knowing there are more people using Campaigns & that the process will be similar, I thought I'd post here.
We're moving away from HubSpot & rebuilding our entire email marketing capabilities on MH. As such, and because we've been in business for 20y+ I'd like to send a consent email to all those HubSpot contacts (few thousands of them) so I can:
- get their consent
- get them to update their details
- get them to specifically chose which 'topics' they'd like to 'follow'
Assuming the process above is right, I have few questions:
- Do I load all those as 'Leads' in MH? if so, will they be able to update the information I current have on them (email, title etc.)?
- What happens to people that 'deny' consent: automatically deleted from MH? same with bounces / spam?
- Lastly, what is the impact on domain reputation / spam score for sending such 'consent' email?
