Contact details when no answer in Chat

Hello,

it would be great to have a feature that when no one is answering in the chat for lets say 60 seconds ... the user gets a meesage to enter his email and we can follow up later.

Now we can have only prechat forms ... which can loose potential clients because it is unfriendly to immeditely ask for the mail ... 

Any idea how to solve this ?

For example intercom does it in the described way ... and they are let's say the most succesfuk company in that space of live chat ;-)
