Contact Score does not add up correctly on Campaigns workflow
I have been tracking how scores are added in the Workflow on
Contacts > an individual's contact page > Contact View > Contact Timeline
It has explicitly stated that the Contact Score has been set to zero, so all previous scores accumulated prior to this setting should not be included
And since then only 20 scores are added to the contact
However, the contact score is 60
This happens to other contacts that I have in the same workflow too, can anyone please explain how the scoring works on Campaigns please. Thanks.
