I am trying to Synch Contact with my Campaigns.   

However when I click the link "Click here to generate ZSC key" a new tab opens but the screen keeps showing  "please wait" and nothing ever seems to happen.  I have tried rebooting my laptop and logging out & back in but without success.

Any ides or suggestions on how to resolve the problem?
