Contacts sync from CRM to Campaigns gets discarded every time I inititiate it

Contacts sync from CRM to Campaigns gets discarded every time I inititiate it

In my 'SSCE Sync' I'm trying to get fresh contacts from CRM that have been created after 1 November 2015. The sync always gets ' Discarded ' status when seen from Import history.

How do I sync fresh contacts from CRM to Campaigns?
