Control Position of “X” (Close) Button in Popup Editor

Hello Zoho PageSense Team,
We hope you're doing well.

We would like to request a customization improvement in the PageSense popup editor.

Current Limitation:
Currently, the position of the “X” (close) button is fixed and cannot be customized in the popup editor. The editor always places the close button on the right side, which does not suit all design preferences or languages—especially RTL (Right-to-Left) layouts like Hebrew or Arabic, where users expect the close button to appear on the left side.

Requested Enhancement:
Please add an option to customize the position of the “X” (close) button in popups. At minimum, allow users to choose between: Right and Left

Benefits:

  1. Better support for RTL languages
  2. Improved design flexibility
  3. Consistent user experience across multilingual websites
