I've made out few fake purchases to test if the total cost price would show on the P&L (Cost of goods sold account) every time a purchase is made.
After typing it in, I have inserted a new account under COGS named Raw Materials and tried to put in an amount to test the P&L report.
And now, I see have seen in my P&L statement that the only things recorded in here are the 2 Raw materials on the Cost of Goods Sold account.
